Every bracelet is individually handmade to order using natural gemstones. As colour, tone and pattern naturally vary between stones, your finished bracelet will be unique and may differ from the piece shown in the photographs.

As each bracelet is made individually, making times may vary depending on the design and gemstones selected. 

SIZING

Please select your wrist size rather than your usual bracelet size.
To measure your wrist, wrap a measuring tape comfortably around your wrist where you would normally wear your bracelet.

As gemstone sizes vary, each bracelet is individually adjusted to ensure a comfortable fit for your selected wrist size.
For sizes outside those shown on the product page, select Custom Size when ordering. Once you have completed your order, please send your exact wrist measurement through the Contact Us form.

CARE INSTRUCTIONS

Natural gemstones can be sensitive to water, oils and chemicals. To keep your bracelet looking its best, avoid contact with perfumes and lotions and prolonged exposure to water.
When not being worn, store your bracelet in the pouch provided and away from direct sunlight to help protect the natural colour of the gemstones.

RETURNS

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, items may be returned in their original condition and unworn with all original packaging.
Please contact me within 14 days of receiving your order via the Contact Us page if you would like to arrange a return.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and proof of postage should be obtained.
Custom Size and personalised orders are made specifically to your requirements and cannot be returned unless faulty.
